painted up some simple tones just to get the feel of the character. trying to get the auto uv's in zbrush to work, but things just get messed up in maya. drivin me nuts so just a zbrush screen cap for now.

Heres a quick zbrush head concept sketch. I found that the more images you use for alpha's the slower your concept sculpting becomes. So I picked out two generic looking alpha's for quick texturing details. one is of some wrinkles on a palm, and the other is of some skin pores. Sculpted from a sphere in about an hour and a half. Probly faster if it was done from a base head instead.

Heres my entry for last months sculpting contest over at the gnomon forums. Managed to get 3rd prize. Wish I spent more time on it but I learned tons in doing this so its not all that bad I guess, heheh. Just have to keep working harder on the next contests :)
